Re-posting this from the archives...
I planned a fun morning of activities for my children as we get closer (7 days away) to my due date. It was a wonderful way to spend time together before the baby.
We read books all about a baby growing in a mommy's belly or a new baby in the house and adjusting to being a big brother and sister.

We made baby feet rolled sugar cookies and decorated them with butter cream frosting and both blue and pink sprinkles since we don't know yet if this baby is a boy or a girl.
The children each made a simple card welcoming the new baby and telling them how much they love the baby. The standards of love are loving you "as much as a racecar" (Pumpkin) and "as much as a flower" (Peaches). There was lots of sticker decorations.
