Thank Goodness for Name Days

To celebrate my husband's name day, the Feast of St. Bartholomew, yesterday we made this cake. I have been dreaming about this cake ever since a friend posted about it. It was delicious, rich and moist, and the perfect antidote to my pregnancy chocolate-peanut butter cravings. It wasn't all about me, it satisfied my husband's sympathy cravings too. Also a scrumptious way to celebrate his saintly namesake.

Wowsers!! That sounds amazing...I might just need to go get a glass of milk just thinking about it!

Hi Robina! I recently found your blog and I have had so much fun reading through it! I have a 4, 3 and 1 year old also and praying for another one anytime! ;-) It is so helpful to me as a mom to read about or talk to other moms who are going through the same experiences as I am! Thank you for sharing yours through this blog! :-)
